Below is the Complete Requirement *Position :- OCM TRAINING SPECIALIST Location :- **Bartlesville, OK* *Duration :- 12+ Month* *Job Description: * The OCM TRAINING SPECIALIST will assist the OCM team on specific projects, partnering with subject matter experts and other team members to plan, design, develop, deploy, and deliver learning solutions. The OCM Training Specialist will act as a key contributor in medium to large-scale development projects in a complex environment, and will be responsible for developing product expertise and translating product and process knowledge into learning solutions that advance the adoption of change. He/she will be responsible for recommending the best approach to each learning solution, e.g., computer-based, instructor-led, mobile, or blended learning. The OCM Training Specialist will: • Conduct needs assessments to understand the priorities and readiness for change • Consult with subject matter experts to determine clear learning objectives based on business needs • Recommend the appropriate training solution • Be able, if needed, to utilize Agile instructional design methods for rapid content design and delivery • Design and develop learning materials utilizing a variety of technical tools and formats • Provide thorough evaluations and assessments to ensure learning programs are effective • Utilize evaluation results for continuous improvement • Balance a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, while working on multiple projects simultaneously. Set individual priorities in context with team priorities, to meet goals in the face of mult iple demands • Facilitate Instructor Led Training as needed, both in person and via Webinar • Develop knowledge of multiple products and audiences to enable the application of expert judgment to the production of content.
