| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for data analysis and database management.
-This position requires experience in both database and application development.
-Client is looking for someone who has a strong understanding of SQL Server, plus experience developing in SSIS and XML.
-Solid development experience with SSIS is important.
-The work will initially focus on developing and updating schemas then will evolve into other project work related to SQL database and development, such as maintaining databases or writing scripts.
-The candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with aggressive timelines.
-Candidate will be modifying the SSIS packages to support the changes and modifications to the 2014 tax year.
-They will work with the changes to the tax code as well as make changes to the file feeds from tax preparation vendors/companies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-Developing packages with SSIS Required 4 Years
-Work with large data feeds Required 4 Years
-SQL Reporting Services Required 4 Years
-Experience with XML Required 3 Years
-Data warehousing concepts Required 3 Years
-SQL SERVER database troubleshooting and query optimization Highly desired
-SQL SERVER Database Design Highly desired
-SQL SERVER Stored Procedure Design and implementation Highly desired
