B2B & B2C Ecommerce
The project was to work on B2C and B2B Ecommerce site and integrate its functionalities to the Sterling Order Management (DOM), Fulfillment and Supply Chain systems, which is using Web Sphere Commerce as Ecommerce platform.
The project also involved working on defining and implementing different business rules for the multiple vendors that are associated with the organization.
• Conducted JAD sessions and developed requirements and technical specifications for the sterling order management systems.
• Designed and developed project document templates based on Agile methodology.
• Created user stories, storyboards and conducted stand up meetings.
• Followed Agile methodology throughout the project.
• Worked on the enhancements and process improvements of Sterling Order Management.
• Interfaced with the client as part of the Requirements Engineering team to finalize the project scope.
• Facilitated JAD sessions and gathered business requirements
• Conducted user interviews, gathered requirements, analyzed the requirements and managed changes using Rational Suite.
• Taken up responsibilities within Project Management in keeping track of the project.
• Conducted weekly status meetings with testing and development teams.
• Worked with the Sales & Operations team in the monthly planning activities.
• Worked on Order Management Systems throughout entire project.
• Worked on Web-sphere commerce suite and Web-sphere merchandising.
• Functioned as the primary liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project life cycle.
