ATG Commerce
-Focus of the project was to integrate existing business process to ATG platform.
-The target is centralized management of not only its Website, but its call center and order management systems, as well. With ATG, client gained total control of its multichannel business.
-The new ATG platform enabled client to manage the entire customer experience from the retail store to the Web site to the call center.
-It also gives the client the foundation they needed to grow their existing brand, and launch new ones. Enhancements of Enterprise & Web content management systems.
Responsibilities
• Gathered analyzed, documented business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.
• Worked on B2B & B2C enhancements
• Worked on Enterprise Content Management System & Web Content Management System.
• Worked on the content to reduce repetitive duplicate input, Aided in easy storage and retrieval of data.
• Worked at the enterprise level to manage the organization’s unstructured information content.
• Worked on designing the Web content management systems (Enhancements) for the content writers to upload the content without any technical knowledge.
• Performed Data mapping, logical data modeling, created class diagrams and ER diagrams and used SQL queries to filter data
• Worked within project management in keeping track of the project and status of the project.
• Assisted PM in conducting meetings with different cross-functional teams.
• Completed the documentation of Claims Scenario’s for the source system
• Involved in project management using MS Project
• Documented requirements associated change requests with requirements and connected requirements with Use cases. |
