-This team is responsible for design, implementation, standardization, and daily administration for Client IP Network Performance monitoring tools and appliances, F5 and DNS architecture, and fault monitoring systems and devices.
-In addition, this position will be involved with the planning, coordination, and execution of related IP network projects.
- This will involve submitting change records via Remedy as well as the related communication and coordination with engineering, field and other support teams
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 5 years of network engineering, testing, and quality assurance as it’s related to IP networks and performance.
• F5 LTM advanced architecture development and implementation. In addition to load balancing, this includes GTM, APM, ASM, and custom iRule development.
• Enterprise DNS architecture and administrative experience
• CCNA / CCNP - certification is preferred.
• Cisco Router and switch experience, ISO upgrades, command line configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Technical writing – standards and process documentation (ISO back round)
• Data collection and reporting using MS Office Suite.
• Experience with executing network testing processes and training others accordingly.
• Experience with planning and coordinating network changes using Remedy, identifying potential risks, and quickly identifying/resolving issues that may arise during change execution.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizations, management levels and teams.
