HHSC Enterprise Access Management is seeking one skilled Technical Writer 3
who meets the qualifications identified below to assist with the
Consolidated Provisioning Request System (CPRS) project.

Experience developing and maintaining a variety of technical, user, and
process documentation for software
8
Experience developing online help guides, context-sensitive help, tool
tips, FAQs for integration with web-based applications (in formats such as
HTML5, WebHelp, PDF, Word, XML, DITA).

Experience working directly with software developers and business analysts
to obtain raw information for transformation into usable documentation
8
Experience with HTML-based publication authoring tools, such as: Adobe
RoboHelp, MadCap Flare, WordPress, Confluence, Macromedia HomeSite, etc.
8
Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), Adobe
Acrobat X Pro

Experience developing training guides and simple, computer-based training
tutorials

Creating help for use in responsive UI design (for viewing on a variety of
mobile and desktop devices)

Exposure to identity management and security software, such as IBM’s
Security suite (formerly known as Tivoli Identity and Access Management),
and its supporting infrastructure: SQL, DB2, Web Services, LDAP, XML,
Active Directory. J2EE technologies including JavaScript, Java, J2EE, JSP,
Struts. Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services Security

Wireframe tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Axure)

Assisting with user acceptance testing
