| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Responsible for building and enhancing the automation framework of an application
- Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements
- Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria
- Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
- Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a Science/Technical field
- At least 5 years work experience in application development
- At least 3 years of experience with Perl/Shell scripting
- At least 3 years of experience working in Unix environment
- At least 2 years of experience in MS SQL/Oracle database
- At least 1 year of experience in application development using ETL tools for Data transformation.
- Knowledge of database related concepts
- Should be a quick learner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a Science/Technical field
- 3 yrs ORACLE/MS SQL development
- At least 1 year of experience supporting Financial/Treasury systems
- 3 yrs Scripting experience (SQL, VB, Perl, Shell).
- 3 years of experience in Oracle, SQL or PL/SQL,
- 1 year of Control-M or similar scheduling tool experience
- 3 years of experience supporting Financial systems with the Treasury/Capital Markets domain |
