| Duties & Responsibilites : | Workflow Analyst -The Workflow Analyst must work to understand the client’s business, processes, and goals to offer accurate, valuable analyses and recommendations. -The Workflow Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting and/or conduct testing, preparation of system test strategies and development of test plans. -The Workflow Analyst may also assist with the training, as needed. -The Workflow Analyst must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -The Workflow Analyst partners with other members of the team, taking ownership in the quality and success of the project. -The Workflow Analyst will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision of the manager and/or the project manager. Required Skills: - Imaging and Workflow Systems experience. Familiar with "cherry picking" or "get next" approaches. - Must be a self-directed individual, who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to meet tight deadlines - Must possess excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills - Must possess effective consultation, assessment, and project leadership skills - Must have the ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes and technologies quickly (Strong problem-solving skills) - Ability to document business requirements, business processes and recommendations as appropriate - Must be able to perform gap analysis under the direction of the Manager or Project Manager - Ability to create and execute test plans - Familiarity with web-based applications, databases and networking - Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) Required Work Experience: - 3+ years working with Imaging and Workflow systems in a business analyst or workflow analyst role, leading large scale workflow development projects, including analysis, design, testing and implementation INTERVIEW PROCESS: In Person |
