Duties & Responsibilites :	FOUNDATION SERVICES IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES AND CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS 1. Foundation Services, consisting of installation and configuration of CA Infrastructure Management components (CA eHealth, CA Spectrum and CA Network Flow Analysis): 1.1. Verify IT environment to prepare for deployment: · Verify CA Infrastructure Management Server Configuration · Verify Network Connectivity and Name Resolution · Identify Devices for CA Infrastructure Management to Discover · Download latest CA Infrastructure Management installation media and patches from CA Support 1.2. Install CA Performance Management: · Install one (1) CA Performance Center Server 1.3. Install CA eHealth: · Install one (1) CA eHealth Stand Alone Server 1.4. Install CA Spectrum: · One (1) SpectroSERVER(s) · Two (2) OneClick Server(s) · CA Spectrum Report Manager · One (1) Fault Tolerant SpectroSERVER(s) · three (3) Secure Domain Connector(s), if applicable (per Design) 1.5. Configure CA eHealth: · Install one (1) CA eHealth StandAlone Server · Configure Discovery Policies (up to five (5) policies) and discover Network Devices (up to five hundred (500) devices) · Configure Groups (up to five (5) groups) and Group Lists (up to five (5) group lists) · Configure User Access · Configure Reports (up to ten (10) reports) · Configure Live Exceptions Profiles (up to five (5) profiles) and Notification (up to one (1) notification) 1.6. Configure CA Spectrum : · Discover up to five hundred (500) network devices · Set up five (5) Topology configurations · Create Global Collections (up to five (5) Collections) · Create up to five (5) users · Configure CA Spectrum Alarm Notification Manager (“SANM”) (up to three (3) policies, three (3) filters) · Configure CA Spectrum IP Services Managers: · MPLS Transport Manager · VPN Manager · Configure CA Spectrum® Report Manager for up to five (5) out-of-the-box reports · Configure CA Spectrum - CA eHealth Integration 1.7. Install and configure CA Network Flow Analysis (“NFA”) with two (2) harvester(s) 1.8. Configure existing implementations as additional CA Performance Center Data Sources: · Configure CA Network Flow Analysis Data Source and Integration · Configure CA Spectrum Data Source and Integration · Configure CA eHealth® Data Source and Integration 1.9. Perform Integration and functional testing: · Execute CA Infrastructure Management functional and integration testing defined in Test Plan · Validate CA Infrastructure Management Servers · Validate Reporting · Execute Use Case tests defined in Test Plan and document results REQUIRED SKILLS: CA Spectrum and NetFlow
