Duties & Responsibilites :	looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and resourceful business analyst to join a fast-paced and energetic team. Candidate should be equally confident and capable with specific, straight forward requests and ambiguous requests. Key Responsibilities: - ID stakeholder reporting needs - ID key data points for new processes - Monitor critical business process (CBP) performance metrics - Report CBP performance metrics - ID and escalate CBP issues and problematic trends - Drive projects to reduce data complexity and streamline metrics reporting Ideal Candidate will have: - Financial Institution experience, but not required - Financial Services experience - 3+ years BSA experience desired but not required - Excellent quantitative & analytical skills - Demonstrated experience identifying key metrics to monitor critical business processes - Clear and concise communication across multiple levels (executive sponsors to team members) Experience with public speaking Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus Proven ability to lead a diverse group to resolution of ambiguous situations Very good SQL skills Exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.) Good PowerPoint skills
