| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Ensure that there are synergies across the 3 deployments and that all 3 deployments are following standard best practices. -Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. -Manage client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts. -Communicate to the client and internal teams the architecture and/or solution of a particular project. -Manage the team’s progress against deliverables and milestones. -Create and execute development plans. Revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. -Own the development lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project. -Manage the PMO comprising of business, IT, and vendor deployment teams. -Understand overall delivery model of SAP project. -Identify risks in the project delivery and communicate to the stakeholders. -Also Communicate steps to avoid risks and issues to the client. -Strong in Client interaction and communication. -Should be able to analyze the project data and highlight risks with mitigation steps. Mandatory Skills: •10+ Years of experience with SAP •10+ Years of experience as Delivery Manager and/or Project Management •Must have delivery manager experience for at least 3 deployments •Have experience in managing $50 million dollar SAP deployment projects •Possesses end to end deployment experience. •5+ Years of experience in IT Governance/Program Governance. •5+ Years of interacting with senior and executive leadership. •7+ Years working in a client facing role •Must have a hands-on type of personality •Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills Desired Skills: •MS Project experience is desired •Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry experience is strongly desired •Professional Services industry experience is desired |
