Duties & Responsibilites :	Application Deployment and Support-Application Support Engineers System Engineering eBusiness Services. They are the operations group responsible for managing, supporting and maintaining applications for business class and residential customers This group handles code deployments, troubleshooting issues, disaster recovery, configuration management, deployment management, incident management etc. REQUIRED SKILLS: -Needs someone from an operations background -This person will be supporting and maintaining applications, troubleshooting, managing deployments -This person will be architecting applications from an operations perspective -setting up high availability, configuring for optimal performance, capacity planning -They are a Microsoft shop. Asp.Net, .Net, IIS, SQL Server, HTML, XML, _javascript_, PowerShell scripting -This person won't be coding but should have knowledge of these languages for reading the code and making tweaks, release management, deployments, troubleshooting, root/cause analysis etc -iTIL framework - nice to have -Looking for someone with senior level operations support experience -They will interact with a lot of different teams so should be friendly and social with good communication skills (written/verbal) INTERVIEW PROCESS: In Person
