| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Serve as a technician for computer operations and production.
-Enter commands to integrate and operate equipment.
-IBM Z series mainframe w/ZOS.
-Answers helpdesk/network control calls off hours/weekends.
-Monitors and responds to scheduling software, (TWS prefered). Prints and distributes output.
-Monitor systems for failures and errors, and troubleshoot.
-Performs duties related to Operations peripheral devices.
-Reviews, analyzes and corrects job control language.
-Documents all failures and problems that occur during shift. Reports all problems to supervisor.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1 to 4 years total Data Center experience required.
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
