| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Individual contributor responsible for delivery of both steady state support and the design and execution of construction phases of a system and/or upgrade project and participate in gathering functional requirements.
-This includes systems analysis, programming and implementation processes.
Responsibilities:
• Participates in gathering functional requirements
• Participates in unit testing
• Plays a significant role in resolving implementation issues
• Provides problem-solving and technical support in Accruent
• Basic understanding of integration with other application including SAP
• Interacts with users to improve system utilization
Technical Skills:
A minimum of 1-3 years experience using the following technologies
• Accruent Security
• SQL Server experience
• ERP experience
• Visio/Skelta Experience
• Java – Integrations
• Web Services Functional Skills: A minimum of 1-3 years experience with at least 2 of the following Accruent areas
• Lease Administration
• Project Management
• Facilities
• Market Planning
• Centers Other Skills:
• Minimum 1-3 years Accruent production support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word)
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Team oriented
• HP Quality Center (test management software) knowledge
• At least one full life cycle implementation
• Minimum 1-3 years of business process and configuration experience (basic understanding of configuration in the applicable modules)
• 4 year degree in Business or business related degree with an emphasis on information systems (either minor or through coursework) or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience
