| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Candidate should exhibit strong coding skills and have experience of recent application development. We utilize newer Java coding technologies and implement where appropriate.
-Experience with technologies like Java EE, Sencha Extjs XML, struts, Ajax, swing, html/html5, CSS/Css3, modern _javascript_ frameworks like ExtJs/AngularJs and application servers like JBOSS is required.
-Software code management and Oracle database, 10g/11g, is also a must.
-Must be able to work well within a team and have excellent oral and written communication skills since this position will be responsible for dealing with the end customer in an ongoing basis.
Must Haves:
• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• 8+ years front-end integration experience working with development teams on the deployment of web based applications (Java)
• Experience in utilizing modern _javascript_ frameworks (ExtJs / AngularJs) is a must
• Solid SQL, testing skills

The developer will be communicating with a variety of people, (business, IT technical teams, etc), so they must have very clear communication.

Duties:
• Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps
• Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality
• Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions
• Perform project management of estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
• Performs expert-level engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of computer hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and/or operating systems
• Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments
• Manage, administer, and maintain all internet and intranet sites
• Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures
• Monitor program execution for expected performance
