Job Title : BIO Client Server Team Lead

Duties & Responsibilites :

- While the client is requesting Project Management experience for this position, the primary focus is on TEAM LEAD experience, and experience managing resources and day to day work in an Infrastructure/Operations environment**
- Client requires the services of a Client Server Team Lead, supporting ongoing and future projects at client’s Server Farm.  The projects will involve all facets of the work involved in the development and maintenance of the client network systems.
- Under limited supervision, the selected candidate will provide team leadership and project management guidance in accordance with the direction provided by client’s senior leadership.

Specific Duties:
1. Work with client IT management to plan, organize and oversee the work of project personnel.
2. Prepares and updates detailed project plans using Niku Clarity (client standard for Project Management software). Monitors progress to plan, makes necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time.
3. Facilitates project related meetings, develops agendas, schedules participants, documents minutes and distributes to team. Updates project plan based on meeting communications.
4. Follows up with client Management and/or assigned resources regarding any past due deliverables, including mitigation suggestions.
5. Reports project status and related issues to superiors on a regular and timely basis, recognizing the sensitivity of key issues to the overall organization and administration.
6. Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated proficiency in project management techniques and coordination of technical resources. Knowledge of problem analysis and hardware/software configuration is required.
2. Highly effective oral and written communication skills are required to supervise project personnel and report to senior management and to communicate with all levels of the organization
3. Superior interpersonal and customer service skills required including ability to work effectively in a team environment. High level of proficiency in effective problem solving required.
4. Strong, proven, experience leading/managing Infrastructure Teams in support of enterprise level infrastructure projects/day to day activities.

- Progressive IT Team Lead experience-Required-5 Years
- Experience leading/managing Infrastructure Teams in support of enterprise level infrastructure projects/day to day activities-Required-5 Years
- Knowledge of problem analysis and hardware/software configuration-Required-5 Years
- Experience with server farm/infrastructure environment-Highly desired
- IT project and program management-Required-5Years
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2010-Required
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills-Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent is desired.-Desired
- Formal training in project management methodologies is desired-Desired
