| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Hands on SharePoint testing experience.
• Drive testing strategy
• Need to understand the SharePoint Portal and strategize testing accordingly.
• Lead related discussions with the project team
• Make recommendations
• Guide the Offshore tester, monitor and report progress
• Documentation
• Estimate testing effort, prepare timeline
• Present the status in various review forums within Capgemini and with Client stakeholders
• Spot risks early on and present it to the DCM project manager & Capgemini
• Create Test Plan, Test Scripts, Test Execution
• Defect Tracking
• Strong test management experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:Sharepoint/HP ALM Testing
Tools Knowledge:
• 'HP ALM' - Hands on experience with HP ALM
Other:
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Should be able to understand the problems and identification of root cause.
• Team player
• Have managed the offshore team
