| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Compile an provide the latest technical, system and biometric advances in the AFIS(Automated Fingerprint Solutions) Area. -Work with Client staff to determine which and to what level of these advancements Client wants, needs, and will require. -Provide Client with insight and direction through the requirements process. -Collect and document the current AFIS requirements and determine which of these requirements are still needed, need to be changed or improved, and how they impact the system, interfaces and other systems. Compile requirements for the Michigan AFIS including existing functionality and interfaces, as well as expanded and enhanced features that should be required with the new system. Skills Required -Must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in writing technical AFIS Requirements. -Must familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures for how to develop technical and process requirements for AFIS Bids. Skills Preferred -Experience Required-15 Years Experience in writing technical requirements for Automated Fingerprint Solutions. -Education Required Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
