| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Able to design & Develop simple to complex document in Dialogue both in High Volume & On-Demand Application. • Experience in HP Exstream Command Center • Should have strong knowledge around Dialogue Data Mapping, Page Designs, Output Queues, Flow Tables, Barcodes, campaigns & Messages & Advanced concepts. • Dynamic Import of Resources into Document. • Should be able to create documents in multiple languages. • Dialogue Engine Processing through mainframe, Unix Engine Switches, Connectors & Application packaging. • Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options. • Should be aware of building the Database for HP Exstream. • Strong in Architecture and Design of Customer Communications Management systems. • Experience on integrating HP Exstream with legacy systems |
