| Duties & Responsibilites : | -SecureWorks will provide a review of Comcast’s Qualys vulnerability scanning infrastructure and will review the existing scanner placement configuration, including scan timing and scanning results. -We will review currently deployed Qualys features and recommend additional Qualys features that will assist Comcast with scanning its assets more efficiently with the existing Qualys products. -SecureWorks will recommend additional Qualys products as necessary to improve scanning results. -SecureWorks will review and document the current state of the external scanning configuration, and the existing 80 internal Qualys scanners and will create a diagram of the current and recommended scanning infrastructures. -SecureWorks will review the scanning across the existing Qualys Comcast zones and Business Units and will make recommendations for improvement. -SecureWorks will make recommendations on how to modify the existing Qualys configuration in order to accommodate the addition of the X1 and NBCU business units as well as the addition of vulnerability scanning work which nCircle is now performing for Comcast. - SecureWorks will provide an executive presentation summarizing the current risks and opportunities for improvement of the vulnerability management infrastructure to Comcast IT Management. -Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in the Agreement, the Qualys Vulnerability Scanning Recommendations deliverable report shall be owned solely and exclusively by Comcast, including without limitation, all corrections, modifications and derivative works to such deliverable report.
