Job description
•Act as a Technical Lead for engagement to understand customer Systems stack, component integrations, system functionality, operational process and drive towards set engagement objective
•Work with Internal and External Program owner(s) to drive set initiative and work with client Architects, Product/system SME to build sufficient system knowledge
•Should drive discussions with Network teams to understand network implementation plans and associated details. Clearly determine IT impacts at subcomponent level.
•Detailing of Testing plan/cases and designs
•Identify areas of commonality across multiple systems/components in terms of design or Test activities and drive teams for detailing
•Continuously work with Network and other client teams to decide solution roadmap and demonstrate maximum value of engagement
•Shall be responsible for Technical leadership from Design, Delivery and roadmap perspective
•Shall lead customer due-diligence and discovery phase
Key Skills:
•Very good understanding of OSS especially SA-FM, SA-PM, SA-Care, Network Inventory and Provisioning
•Prior experience (atleast 4 years) in working on Service Assurance systems and leading the project/program in technical capacity
•Good understanding of Network especially Wireless Mobile networks; Experience in 3G/LTE is
•Prior working experience in EMS-NMS integrations
•Good Presentation and Communication skills
•Excellent problem solving skills and Analytical thought process
•Ability to lead to customer due-diligence from Technical perspective by asking right set of questions
•Ability to quickly connect with people and drive the engagement in distributed locations
•Good Negotiations skills
•Should possess prior working experience in IT SI and/or System development for Large Tier 1 or Tier 2 Telco
•Hand on experience in Service Provider Organization in design/Test capacity is
