Job Title :	Business Systems Analyst-BI/EDW

Interview Type :	Telephonic
Duties & Responsibilites :	SA/ BSA (Technical) – BI/EDW BA Team: lots of interaction with Claims / Billing / Finance teams as well. Projects Initiatives: The main focus will be technical analysis for the reporting team, gathering and writing requirements for the business users. This is considered more of a technical BSA role, they will not be doing development but in depth analysis. Qualifications/Must Have: · Property Casualty experience** Must Have · Data Mapping and data integration experience · SQL Server knowledge · XML · Experience in a BI/EDW environment · Writing reports and gathering requirements · Experience using Business Objects or Cognos or Microstrategy as reporting tool PLUS: · ETL experience Guidewire would a huge plus, but not required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Work Experience in the field of 5 + years Working Environment: This person will be working either 7-4 or 8-5 / Monday through Friday – relaxed dress code Background: This person will need to pass drug background.
