| Duties & Responsibilites : | --Provide daily support of ITSM tools; including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration. Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams Develop system testing procedures Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer Troubleshoot issues Development of workflow, _javascript_ routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements - Maintain communication with management and customers regarding status of the system Basic/Required: - Legally authorized to work in the United States - 1+ years of experience using ITSM systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc) - Experience developing with _javascript_, XML, HTML c. - Past experience with data conversion for major projects. - Strong knowledge and experience with writing scripts and procedures on Oracle databases (PL/SQL). - Must have the ability to write SQL code that does more than simple select routines. The code must extract and process the data (i.e. transform, convert, etc.) and this this data must be stored in specially formatted files for loading. - Ability to understand data requirements provided by PSX based on business needs, and to develop scripts to convert historical data to the desired format based on this logic. Experience with tools used for this type of scripting.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or other IT related field REQUIRED SKILLS: -Word -Experience developing _javascript_, XML, HTML -ITSM Systems -SQL - writing codes -Oracle database |
