Designation: Sr. US Payroll Accountant(US Staffing Industry)
Location : Hyderabad
Looking for someone who is familiar with Quick* Books Software*.

*This is an Immediate Hire Position:*
*Requirement: *
· Ideal candidate should have hands on experience with Quick Books
Software .
· Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Reconciliations
· Handling all the accounts independently.
· Maintaining of total Accounts
· Compile monthly reports
· Maintain returned check account
· Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
· Prepare quarterly profit and loss Statement.
· Record monthly Expense report.
· Preparation of Finalization of Accounts
· Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes
· Processing of consultants expenses, office related expenses and
other expenses
· Raising invoices.
· Experience in Payments follow-up ,Maintaining the periodical
report for Holds, Balances etc.,
· Attending the salary related queries of Payroll.
· Responsible for keeping track of Sub-Contractors and their invoice
*Qualification:*
Minimum graduates with 1-4 years experience in US IT Process
Candidate should be ready to work in US Shifts
