- Candidate must work on site
- Strong Customer Service, customer support and troubleshooting skills
- Helpdesk tickets and participate in after hours on-call support
- Provide analysis, design, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation for complex enterprise applications.
- Must have in-depth experience across multiple platforms, operating systems and tools.
Basic Qualification:
- Candidate must enjoy administration and support
- This is not a design position and not looking for candidates with too much design experience-they will get rejected
Required Skills:
- Lotus Domino
- Domino Admin. Experience 3-5 years
- Linux Experience
- Quickr Experience Required
- Sametime 8.0.2 experience
- Must have experience with TCP/IP, SMTP, POP3 and IMAP |
