-Strong interpersonal & professional customer service skills.
-Able to be self directed with good time management.
-Experience with SW, PC, HW support and specialized installs - Windows 7 experience
REQUIRED
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Able to maintain SLA's, keep up with ticket/log system workload, and well organized.
-Typical troubleshooting issues: slow pc, viruses, malware, reimage pc, recover data, load applications, use tools to fix issues.
-Some travel is required, .44/mile - travel policy very specific. Business casual attire. DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!
-SCCM Imaging & Reporting
-SQL Database & MS Access
-Data Entry/Windows 7
-OS:Windows XP, 7, MAC experience helpful.
-PROGRAMMING LANG/DVLPMT TOOLS: Team Viewer, SCCM - imaging sw (will train)
-HARDWARE:PC/laptop/tablets/phones/cameras/printers
-DB SYSTEMS/ TOOLS: Footprints -ticketing system. MS Access - basic support.
