Translate business requirements and communication objectives into technical solutions by gathering user needs, testing alternative approaches, designing, and implementing the recommended solution. Create technical design documents to aid in knowledge transfer and future support. Communicate with business team owners and users. Work with global support teams to implement change requests. Perform functional and quality assurance testing.
