-A resource is needed to install, configure and implement Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) V. 12 & Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) V. 12
-This work needs to be done in an efficient and effective manner in coordination with Client requirements in the new Department of Treasury cloud environment.
-In addition, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) will also need to be integrated with SCCM.
-This resource will need to develop detailed documentation of the configuration and implementation environment as well as provide deep knowledge transfer to Client Windows' server administrators.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Deep technical and architectural knowledge with installing, configuring and implementing both Microsoft SCCM and SCSM. Required 5 Years
-Strong experience in integration of Service Manager with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) as well as SCSM.
Highly desired 5 Years
-Strong Experience in setup and design of self-service portal Highly desired 5 Years
-Strong experience extracting customer/business requirements and develop implementation strategy Required 5 Years
-Experience defining migration strategies between COTS products and SCSM Highly desired 5 Years
-Good working knowledge of Incident and Problem Management process principles, relationships and metrics Highly desired 5 Years
-Experience in documenting SCCM and SCSM environments Highly desired 5 Years
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills Highly desired 5 Years
-Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills Required 5 Years
-Experience as a consultant with SCCM and SCSM Highly desired 5 Years
-Experience with transferring knowledge to personnel Highly desired 5 Years
