| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Digital IT have series of enhancement on DEB my account and enrollment assets.
-The individual may work on life cycle initiatives; providing support in term of application defects, monitor site performance and other key metrics from business i.e. user experiences for better conversion.
-Along with these initiatives, we are introducing online renewal capability and expanding to more markets with consideration of acquisition, servicing and retention areas for both SMB and C&I customers.
-This position n will have overall responsibility for leading a team in the definition and hands-on development of web based solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies including Microsoft .NET / C#, SQL Server, MVC, SignalR, and Razor.
- You will also participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, with a focus on design, development, and testing.
-This position requires oral communication skills, and will involve a high level of collaboration with other team members, as well as internal customers.
Accountabilities:
• Independently perform expert-level analysis and design in translating business requirements into technical specifications, present options, evaluate and recommend solutions
• Manage the design, construction, implementation and support of functionally complex software that meets the business requirements while being user friendly, web based applications
• Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging which may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
• Proactively monitor and report on application performance and other key metrics
• Ensures the uptime and reliability of applications meets business needs
• Maintain and develop all documentation related to applications supported
• Assists Management execute the Strategic Roadmap to meet corporate goals through technology and processes
• Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our business function groups
• Interact directly with Vendors and 3rd Parties on an on-going basis
• Monitors the production queue for any incidents/problems reported

• Experience on creating highly usable websites that optimize the user experience
• Expert-level with MVC 4+, design patterns, and modern architectural trends
• Expert-level experience with web technologies such as JQuery, Bootstrap, RESTful web APIs

• Expert-level competency in C#
• Demonstrable experience developing solution architecture
• Must understand how to write optimized code
• Must understand best practices in C#, Architecture, MVC, and _javascript_
• Must have experience working in mission critical, fast-paced environment
Additional Skills & Competencies:
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Experience with Sitecore CMS encouraged
• Experience with AngularJS encouraged
• Experience with TDD, as well as automation
• Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process
