The job is supporting the Unix hosting environment.
>From building new servers, to upgrading operating systems to break fixes, security hardening and patching of the entire Unix hosting environment.
All work is technical in nature and requires advance Unix administration skills.
• Unix Solaris & Linux installations
• Security lock down of unix servers
• Troubleshooting & performance tuning & Break fixes of unix systems
• Patching & regular maintenance of unix servers
• Team assignment & project support work of unix servers
• Unix Solaris & Linux installations – 10% work effort required
• Security lock down of unix servers - 30% work effort required
• Troubleshooting & performance tuning & Break fixes of unix systems – 20% work effort required
• Patching & regular maintenance of unix servers – 40% work effort required
OS: Solaris 10/11 - Expert Level; Red Hat Linux 5/6
