| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Provide daily support of ITSM tools; including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration. -Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams. -Develop system testing procedures. -Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer. -Troubleshoot issues Development of workflow. -_javascript_ routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements. -Maintain communication with management and customers regarding status of the system. REQUIRED SKILLS: -Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or other IT related field. -3+ years of experience using ITSM systems. -Experience developing with SAP PI, _javascript_, XML, HTML. |
