*Excellent comm. Skills required!* *Job Description: * *GENERAL SUMMARY:* Oversee Automation Engineers, validate test scripts and scenarios and insure proper test execution. ? Validation of environment (Database, Middleware and Infrastructure). ? Conduct Pre-planning tasks needed for monitoring/metric collection. ? Result analysis, recommendations and presenting to stakeholders. ? Facilitation of test completion, handoff of results to app team, and signoffs. ? Conduct load testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability. ? Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes. ? Generate test summary reports for management review. ? Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions. ? Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing. *SKILLS Qualifications * ? *Knowledge of Load Runner* ? Extensive knowledge in *Middleware, Database and Infrastructure*. ? Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex performance issues. ? Ability to release & diagnosis Middleware (JVM, Weblogic, JBoss, IIS, etc.), database (Oracle, MSSQL, etc.), Operating system (Linux, Windows) on Virtual Infrastructure. ? *Performance Tuning* transaction and improve response times. ? Coordinate with Senior Developer, Database Administrator, Middleware and Infrastructure Admins for Root Cause Analysis. ? Health check of Application and Platform for resolving critical issues in Mission Critical Platforms. *?
