Job Description : 8-10 years of experience implementing performance engineering for various clients across domains (preferably Retail) Analyze, innovate, design and develop software programs for performance testing group, build/assist/maintain frameworks and technology components. (Development experience in Java is a must) Identify & Innovate tool set necessary to perform performance engineering and monitoring (very critical) Experience as tools admin for all performance tools like HP Load Runner, HP Performance center, Sitescope, Shunra etc. Experience with J2EE diagnostics tools like Dynatrace/app dynamics/ HP Diagnostics etc. Understand business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debug performance issues, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis, and tuning databases and applications stack Involved in Non Functional Requirement gathering, Planning, Design, Development, Performance Testing, Performance engineering, Monitoring, and Analysis activities Participate and review application architecture, design and requirements documents from performance perspective.
