| Duties & Responsibilites : | Requirements: • Business consultation and collaboration with key business, external vendors and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements, considering design alternatives, facilitating discussions ultimately driving to requirements sign-off • Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design • Build, test and deploy new integrations required to meet business requirements • Facilitate knowledge transfer to other team members • Enhance and/or Modify the existing integration between internal vendors such as SAP, and external Benefits and Payroll vendors • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues • Partner with all the Bose internal and external vendor for any ad-hoc requests or for troubleshooting issues Skills Must have: • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR IT industry • Implementation and/or production support experience in any of the Human Resource, Payroll, Benefits applications such as PeopleSoft or SAP • Integrating systems experience with third-party service vendors • Web Services APIs, XML, XSLT integration technologies experience preferred • Must have savvy analytical and troubleshooting skills • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Workday custom integration tool experience (EIB, Document Transformation and Workday Studio) • General knowledge in HCM • Knowledge in Object Oriented concepts • Ability to work in an environment where ambiguity is the norm • Ability to learn new systems and technologies to effectively design end to end solutions Education -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field For this position, this candidate must have experience integrating/ building Workday, and not just have experience “using” the tool as an outside user. They need to have actually built/ integrated Workday ( preferably integrated the system “FieldGlass” to WorkDay ) |
