| Duties & Responsibilites : | -5 years of C AND JAVA Application Development exp.
-Strong C skills required with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems.
-Must have some Core Java coding skills Implementation of new features using C and SQL in an Apache/Linux environment.
-Experience working with XML/XSL frameworks are PLUS
-Working knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS performance tuning and query optimization or other will be a plus.
-Experience building high volume, consumer facing, web applications.
-Preferred experience developing secure transactional software products.
-Working closely with Product Management, to identify product requirements, design solutions.
-Driving high-level and detailed technical design documents, and active participation in design reviews.
-Providing technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers.
-Maintenance and enhancement of existing features.
-Employ technical expertise in helping team members overcome technical problems.
-Participate and become actively involved in team and companywide architecture discussions Adhere to release/project schedule and milestones.
-The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of relevant web protocols. Commitment to highly available and platform independent software is required.
