Responsibilities:
-The System Support Analyst is responsible for triaging issues encountered by a global development team for supporting several mission critical automotive applications.
- The System Support Analyst will analyze issues encountered, research possible solutions and correct the issue encountered.
-The System Support Analyst must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently or within a team structure, and support both infrastructure architecture and application integration projects.
Requirements:
-Triage issues encountered by a global development team. These include network connectivity, firewall settings, application access, etc.
-Ability to work across multiple groups
-Ability to prioritize work effort
Experience with the following technologies:
-Adobe DayCQ – Web Content Management
-Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
-Liferay
-Oracle 11g RDBMS
-Oracle (BEA) WebLogic
-Java/J2EE
-SuSE Linux Enterprise Edition
-Jenkins software for release builds
-Network connectivity, such as firewall rules resolution, etc.
Must have skills experience:
-Minimum of 2+ years in the technology mentioned above
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong problem solving skills
-Foresight into issues/trends/strategies that may impact operations encountered by teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or equivalent experience
Soft skills: Exceptional communication skills. Team player. Etc. |
