Duties & Responsibilites :	Client is looking for an individual to provide business process or systems support through data analysis that may include duties such as data manipulation, tool creation, root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition and hypothesized improvement opportunities. May involve re-engineering of existing processes. Required Skills: -Understanding of Visual Basic and the ability to create complex Excel macro reporting tools. Knowledge of SQL and SAS scripting in SAS to pull data warehouse data. -Includes facilitation of organizational change and performance measures. -Service experience 3+ years in financial services environment -Related Experience 1-3 years BSA experience preferred but not required -Financial Institution Experience preferred but not required -Quantitative & Analytical Skills Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects -Methodologies Demonstrated experience applying basic concepts of methodologies -Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management. Demonstrated ability to influence. -Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas Problem solving skills and six sigma knowledge a plus
