ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer event involving multiple programmers, multiple systems and a diverse set of technical platforms.
- Strong communication and documentation skills are a must.
- Specific competencies required:
• High degree of verbal communication skills, both on a technical and personal level.
• Ability to quickly conduct detailed technical analysis of existing documentation to determine gaps and omissions in legacy documentation sets.
• Ability to conduct interviews with technical programming staff to uncover additional clarification.
• Advanced technical writing skills in order to recreate or add clarification to existing technical documentation.
• Ability to read and translate programming code as needed to aid in validation of technical documentation.
