Responsibilities:
. Analyze and provide documentation of business rules for ECLRS
and CDESS modules (Refugee Health Financial Reimbursements, Vector
Surveillance)
. Prepare user guides for ECLRS and CDESS modules.
. Provide assistance to labs with the use of LOINC and SNOMED
coding schemes for reporting practices.
. Document and maintain staging processes for hospitals
achieving Meaningful Use objectives.
. Provide hands-on support for users of ECLRS, ESSS, and CDESS.
. Maintain process flow from Newborn Screening Program for
Perinatal Hepatitis data.
. Work with NYC DOHMH on business solutions for process flow of
data between systems.
. Prepare web pages, use cases, test plans and perform system
testing.
. Prepare briefings and other documents as required in the
normal course of the project.
Skills Needed
. 72+ months experience facilitating user requirement gathering
sessions and documenting.
. 72+ months experience in the development of web page mock up
screens
. 72+ months experience in developing process flows
. 72+ months experience providing assistance to system users by
identifying, analyzing and resolving the more complex problems reported by
system users.
. 72+ months experience in the development and execution of
appropriate project and testing plans
. 60+ months experience with national standards such as HL7,
LOINC/SNOMED coding schemes.
. 60+ months working knowledge with infectious diseases or
reportable conditions
. 60+ months experience using SQL
