10+ years of Technical expertise on different technologies, involving infrastructure and Applications..
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer event involving multiple programmers, multiple systems and a diverse set of technical platforms.
-Strong communication and documentation skills are a must.
-Specific competencies required:
-High degree of verbal communication skills, both on a technical and personal level.
-Ability to quickly conduct detailed technical analysis of existing documentation to determine gaps and omissions in legacy documentation sets.
-Ability to conduct interviews with technical programming staff to uncover additional clarification.
-Advanced technical writing skills in order to recreate or add clarification to existing technical documentation.
-Ability to read and translate programming code as needed to aid in validation of technical documentation.
