· *6-7 years of implementation experience in Salesforce.com
(various modules including call center)*
· · on-shore specialists/experts on SalesForce.com that
have call center experience with Pharmaceutical industry objects and/or
Call Scripting? Need to have architectural knowledge, development skills,
and call center calls scripting workflow.
· Ideal candidate for call scripting is someone that knows how to
transfer call scripts previously done in Siebel into SFDC.
