Duties & Responsibilites :	It is mandatory for all the vendors to provide the details below while sharing the resume Consultant Name: Current Location:  Phone:  Email:  Work Authorization :  Rate:  Relocation: - Design and develop Rest and messaging based software infrastructure interfacing to Wireless Access Gateways and Routing Gateways -Design and develop low latency/high throughput server infrastructure components to handle large volume of transactions -Analyze requirements, design and development, integration and support -Present and defend architectural, design, and technical choices to internal and external audiences. -Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across dev, qa, ops and other cross functional teams -5-7+ years’ work experience or equivalent programming in one or more of the following: Python, C/C++, GoLang -5+ years experience with Layer 2, Layer 3 and/or Layer 4 network protocols and technologies -3+ years’ experience with Network Virtualization, NFV and SDN -Prior experience developing middleware to interface with networking infrastructure desired -Solid understanding of algorithm complexity, parallel/distributed systems, advanced data structures, computer networking and operating systems -Development expertise in REST/SOAP/JSON API -Development expertise in Rest Server, Web service programming and XML/HTML -Working knowledge of NoSQL and MySQL databases a plus -Proficiency with Python, Django, Flask and distributed system frameworks -Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies -Start-up environment experience -Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Master’s preferred Required Skills: - Java C++,Python
