*Experience:* 12 years of experience in BDW; Data Modelling and Data Mapping Leadership qualities Banking product knowledge on capital markets products (derivatives, options & futures, fixed income, etc.) or Core Banking products (loans, deposits, treasury – FX & Money Market, Trade Finance) *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of banking & financial services industry experience designing dimensional models for financial data warehouse products using industry standard tools such as Embarcadero (preferred) and Erwin. - Data warehouse concepts and strong Dimensional Data modeling experience is required. - Data Quality and Data Governance concepts and experience is required. - Exposure to Informatica ETL or Business Intelligence tools is preferred. - Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. - Excellent mentoring skills - Must work well in a team environment. - Model maintenance via portal/website a plus.
