Senior level consulting position responsible for leading teams in designing, implementing and delivering custom business solutions
Job Duties- Day to Day technical and functional duties
-Act as primary support for the Remedy Care system. Drive updates, changes, and break/fixes. Configuration updates and changes as needed. Capable of setting up and running a test environment for Remedy BMC 8.1.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
-Must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of consulting or relevant work experience
-Proven abilities in leading and directing teams
-Define, maintain and execute on an account plan that is in line with our company strategy
-Drive solutions that are consistent with scope
-Ability to scope out simple or complex projects based on business requirements and achievable benefits
-Ability to create a project plan and/or Statement-of-Work
-Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with project sponsors, various business groups and senior leadership
-Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments
-Ability to manage, control and report on project budget. Implement corrective action as needed to control budget.
-Ability to evaluate, design, and implement enterprise business solutions
-Strong client satisfaction awareness
-Can lead business decisions and facilitate and articulate alternatives and direction to Senior and Business Management
-Strong Project Management Skills
-Subject Matter Expert within the industry
-Exceptional problem solving skills
-Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience required.
-Specific industry experience relative to this role is highly desired
