| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Minimum of 8+ years' experience in GE Centricity Application & maintenance Support -Analyze and resolve production issues for the GE Centricity application and modules of an enterprise EHR/EMR system. -Able to provide level 2 support. -Configure application screens and choice lists according to user workflow and requirements. -Test and validate adhoc user reports -Perform unit and regression testing of software updates prior to migrating to production. -Coordinate the configuration and deployment of hardware -Provide on-call support during after-hours -Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries; -Working with the Business Systems Support Analyst in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate users and the IT Team. |
