-          10+ Years of experience as Peoplesoft Functional Analyst

-          Should be Expertise in PeopleSoft Functional Modules like Talent
Acquisition Management (*Recruiting*), *Performance Management* and
Position Management.

-          Should have experience of End-End Implementation and
Support/Maintenance of above modules.

-          Good to have knowledge on Success factors and Recruiting
Integration with Third Parties.

-          Should possess good Analytical and Communication Skills.

-          Added advantage of Having experience of Core HR, NA Payroll and
Benefits.
