The individual will not be designing systems nor troubleshooting but rather drive requirements gathering for Service Delivery and work intake Have the ability to engage TDS Technical teams to understand current technologies used by client and the standard offerings for Architecture Infrastructure builds. - Must be service oriented and provide exceptional customer service. - This individual will not be managing projects - This individual will not be working on production support tickets - I need a documentation/requirements gathering wizard!
