-Requires skills in conceptualizing, documenting, and quot-selling quot; solutions to senior management.

-Ability to develop and deliver projects using solid project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage large projects in a cross-functional setting.
-Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills in setting and managing client expectations. Strong business planning skills.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
IT Project Mgmt:
-Responsible for managing multiple teams that develop, implement, and maintain software components or application systems which enable the automation of business processes.
-Prepares business case. Creates and executes project work plans.
-Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
-Enforces project standards, minimizes exposure and risk on projects, and ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. -Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
-Manages project budget.
-Reviews and monitors charges to the project and follows up on discrepancies.
