| Duties & Responsibilites : | The Primavera Unifier Developer: • Designs, documents and develops business processes within Unifier ¿ • Coordinates configuration of back-end components, middleware, and infrastructure components in support of application development ¿ • Assists in providing programming estimates, identifying potential problems and recommending alternative solutions ¿ • Develop testing plan, scripts, and procedures ¿ Develops customized queries and reports within the Unifier platform ¿ • Works in close cooperation with project managers and other functional team members to form a team effort in development ¿ • Collaborates with solution architects and other members of the product development team on product and architecture design ¿ • Performs analysis and debugging ¿ • Assists in the creation and maintenance of project tasks and schedules ¿ • Participates in and may lead weekly iteration demos for product managers ¿ • Consistently follows software development methodology best practices ¿ • Provides direction/shares knowledge with and mentors team members in areas of expertise ¿ • Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Required -Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience ¿ -Minimum 2 years¿ experience developing business processes within Oracle Primavera Unifier and administering the system ¿ -Thorough understanding Oracle database technologies, SQL and application architecture ¿ -Excellent verbal and written communication skills required ¿ -Creative problem solving skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions ¿ -Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams
