Duties & Responsibilites :	-must have experience with end to end regression testing -strong communication skills -health insurance backround is required -QA Analysts that have experience in executing test cases in an Integrated Test environment with large system implementations. -The skills that the other consultants brought to the table that make them successful at WEA is having a good balance of technical skills and soft skills, including skills such as working well in a team environment, good analysis skills (i.e., asking good questions), good organizational skills.
